On 1st August 2005 the Langrove opened a brand new members only Health Club, with new equipment and facilities. The club operates a strict 'no children' policy ensuring complete relaxation for all its members. You will be given a health and fitness check and an exercise programme worked out specifically for you. We will help you achieve your goals. Your membership includes use of all our facilities including all fitness classes (e.g. Boxercise, Pilates, Salsa Aerobics etc). and the Steam Room.
