The Village consists of one bedroom bungalows with one 2 bedroom bungalow. These can be let furnished, unfurnished or part furnished according to the tenants needs. There are two car parking spaces outside each bungalow and the village entrance and roadways are covered by closed circuit TV. All the bungalows are fully insulated including cavity wall insulation and have combi boilers for central heating. The grounds extend to 24 acres, which include 12 acres of private woodland, all run as a nature reserve, So, sorry no pets. The emphassis is on peace and quiet, so if you are a party animal please look elsewhere. Please note we have a zero tolerance policy to noisy neighbours. There is a minimum age of 25 years for tenants, who must be employed or retired. Housing benefit claiments, teenagers and children are not accepted. Although children are not permitted to reside on the site on a permanent basis, it is ok for someone who is divorced or separated to have their children to stay occasionally, as long as they are well behaved. However, they would not be able to use the Health Club as this is strictly for adults. There is a fully equipped Health Club on site where residents can enjoy free use. With fully qualified fitness instructors available you can start that exercise programme you promised yourself you would. Your fitness level will be tested and an exercise programme worked out especially for you. If that sounds too strenuous then what could be better after a hard day than to relax in the sauna or steam room, or a leisurely swim in the indoor heated pool.
